Screw it. I’m using this for the time being…until I once again have the capability to host my own blog once again. I do not at the moment since I’m moving, and seeing that my server is at my current residence, I can’t act on that until I have the internet services transferred.

Updates: Where The Hell Have I Been
##Where have I Been?
I know it’s been a while since anyone has heard from me on a consistent basis, however, that’s about to change, considering there has been lots happening in my life worth documenting. the first of the important events? I’m on the verge of moving. Due to the simple fact that I currently live with my parents, everyone has been asking about a particular move in date. Honestly? There’s none, due to the fact that in light of the amount of work that needs to be done on the new place, my father is taking care of all of that, and on a roll, last I heard.
I will be updating you on all of these things, and you might even get some photos of areas of the new place here in a little bit; a few weeks, at the most, if I can. either way, I’m as happy as a lark, because I will be migrating closer to the city, which is something that I have always wanted to do for ages now. Only regret is that I haven’t done it sooner.

I need to figure out how to import all of my GoodReads content to here, so that I can start pulling books from other places in order to post about them.

Currently reading: Children of Ash and Elm by Neil Price
I have to say…I have read lots of stuff on the Vikings, but Neil’s presentation of this magnificent people…is like he was there during their time. Highly recommended if you want a well-rounded, well-researched history of these wonderful explorers. 📚

I can tell…it’s Thursday, and this one’s going to be interesting, I’m pretty sure. Yesterday was good, but today seems like I’m actually running on all four cylinders.

Hey @Manton think I’m doing something wrong here. I switched my blog back to hosted Micro.blog for the time being, but for some reason, when going to my blog, it will only show two links, one to my Micro.blog user name, and one to my main blog. Is this a feature of the Gateway theme? I’m still trying to customize the links on the page, but I can’t figure out how. Am I missing something?

Differences in Faith: Reflections on the Day Most Of Us Call “Easter”
More Updates
As time wares on, I have noticed more and more things about myself which I haven’t been able to admit to anyone else. No one in the Pagan community told me how hard it was going to be to have to pretend around the rest of your mostly Christian family, that you still believe in the same or similar things to them; Sunday is Ostara. Nowadays, that’s what I think of it as…not Easter. the difficult thing? To still pretend on holy days like this. that “Easter” in the Christian form means anything to me.
My Jesus Status
I have probably read too much, but my belief in Jesus, while present still, I wonder whether the day we call “Easter” was actually the day of this man’s resurrection. It’s something that I have been thinking about for quite a while now, and has only grown more tenuous the more about Jesus’ history I read. While I still believe that Jesus was a teacher, minister, and all around good person, I no longer see him as the only son of the divine. I say “of the divine” rather than “of God” because I have shifted my beliefs on that for quite a bit now, too, but will save that for another post. More to come.

I’m going to do my Good Friday reflection later today, so watch out for that.
