Randomness from an IT eclectic in Boston Mass: Kat's Microblog

I know for a fact that I would due terrible in an external service desk setting where everything was scripted, and where one little requirement gets you in trouble. I should know that from my own short days doing that when my friend had me doing support for a hosting company that was in existence ever-so-briefly. Whenever I would answer a support email, I would forget the greeting in the comment, which in my current line of work is a bonus, but not required.
