I love doing that with my flatbread stuff. Just to melt the cheese ,heat up the meat and let the flatbread get a little warm and soft.
Except when you manage to burn it. Like I did. LOL
Heh mine is not that close to the element thankfully. I tend to do it for ten minutes on three fifty for the flatbread, normal bread is less time as it iwll be closer.
